Middle Housing Partners partnered with Acre Films & Media to create an ongoing episodic video series that gives them direct control of their messaging. Instead of relying on podcasts or outside channels to shape their narrative, MHP now speaks straight to their investors and community on their own terms, on their own platform.

Each monthly episode delivers clear, educational content about California’s housing challenges, project updates, and the mission behind missing-middle development. The series has helped MHP build trust, stay visible, and strengthen long-term relationships with exactly the audience they want to reach.

Outcome: Consistent branded messaging, stronger investor communication, and a growing library of content that positions MHP as a trusted voice in California housing.

Align Builders


"Building Together"

Acre Films & Media had the privilege to be a partner on creating a human-centered brand film and a series of messaging videos that tells the real stories behind Align Builders. Instead of focusing on stats, numbers, and finished buildings, this project highlights the humans who make Align Builders what it is.

Through authentic interviews and storytelling, we revealed a culture built on integrity, collaboration, and genuine employee advocacy. The series helped position Align Builders as a construction company that values people first.

Outcome: A powerful, people-first brand story that humanizes the construction industry and shows how Align Builders is building more than structures — they’re building community, culture, and purpose.

Skyjacker Suspension

"A Family Tradition"

Skyjacker Suspension partnered with Acre Films & Media to create a legacy brand film and testimonial messaging videos honoring their CEO, Lonny McCurry, and the company’s deep family heritage.

The goal was to support his nomination for the Off-Road Hall of Fame by sharing Skyjacker’s story in an authentic, emotional, and cinematic way. The film highlighted Lonny’s decades of leadership, his impact on the off-road community, and the values the McCurry family built the company on.

Paired with testimonial messaging videos, the project presented a full picture of why Lonny deserved recognition.

Outcome: Lonny McCurry was inducted into the Off-Road Hall of Fame at the 2025 SEMA Show in Las Vegas—fulfilling a generations-long dream for the Skyjacker family, with the help of a strategic, powerful legacy brand film.

Flooret

"A Better Floor, A Better Way"

Flooret partnered with our team to create a national commercial and messaging videos that highlight their luxury, long-lasting flooring product.

Since Flooret is an online-only company with no storefronts, the goal was to showcase product quality, build trust, and generate leads through clear communication.

We captured Flooret flooring in real-life environments—spills, messes, daily use—to show its durability, water resistance, and premium design. Additional messaging videos featured the Flooret team explaining how customers can order curated samples delivered straight to their home.

Outcome: A national commercial that elevates Flooret as a leading flooring brand, builds consumer confidence, and helps customers understand exactly what they’re buying through a simple, online-driven sampling process.
